As Ol' Fred likes to say, you folks keep your powder dry. Fred is a member in good standing of our fine, patriotic organization.

Seems like everyone is missing the point. Senator Reid was crying "The war is lost!" to make President Bush look bad. In doing so he gave hope to Al Qaeda. President Obama's dithering is giving the Taliban and Al Qaeda added incentive to carry on which, of course, will result in more American deaths.

Other than Ron Paul and Dennis Kucinich, they are all hypocrites in Washington. They are all owned by private interests and have caused the fall of our republic

And then there's this issue from another fine GOP Tennessean, Congressman Blackburn...

Marsha Blackburn voted to allow foreign countries to dump their nuclear waste in TN! I don’t think any Tennesseans would agree with that vote. Specifically a company was trying to import 20,000 tons of low level radioactive waste from Italian nuclear facilities for processing. The bill in question banned the importation of nuclear waste.

I see both she and Sen. Alexander received campaign donations from the nuclear industry (Southern Nuclear Operating Company), yet Alexander opposes the importation of nuclear waste.

This is all part of the newly discovered libertarian streak that the reformed, new-and-improved, not-at-all-neoconservative Republican party has discovered.

You see, government spending is bad. And government is bad. And we should all be free - unless we are women, Latinos, poor, sick, Jews, or homosexuals, in which case ... well, then we're on the wrong side of the law and "real America".
