I can't make it out what her tat says. I will say that a true tramp stamp--also known as a "Tijuana license plate"--is located on the lower back.

I believe the verbiage Emmett was looking for to describe the tattoo in the above photo is "tattoob" or "tittoo". Whichever term you prefer. But these are simply clinical definitions, of course.
I do know that you can find similarly positioned cleavage ink on such notables as Eve, Christina Ricci, Amy Winehouse, and that chick from Rock of Love. Important trivia to know in case you ever land on Jeopardy.
