the funny thing is that a muslim extremist would never be in favor of gay marriage, gun control, more taxes or abortions. i'm pretty sure muslim extremists are far right ideologues who would not like obama's politics.
the haters need to get their slime straight.
Posted 10/10/2008 at 12:32:52 PMThat's the funniest thing about it. Who are these pig-ignorant dipshits?
Posted 10/10/2008 at 02:16:26 PMI like how the dumbass put his middle name in quotes. That IS his middle name, so why punctuate it like that?
Posted 10/10/2008 at 03:07:17 PMSome whining ignorant cracker-ass redneck spent money on it.
Posted 10/10/2008 at 03:12:51 PMLet the pig-ignorant dipshits have their fun now, because they'll be crying in their beers when Obama wins in a landslide. And the pathetic tone they're promoting is only swinging more votes Barack's way.
Posted 10/10/2008 at 03:16:43 PMWhen did Bill Hobbs start working for the Missouri GOP?
Posted 10/10/2008 at 03:22:03 PMPig ignorant dipshits tend to vote when they are fired up against something. I doubt that pig ignorant dipshits created this sign, but they're probably glad someone was nice enough to confirm what their racist little hearts already suspected.
Watch all the pig ignorant dipshits that come out to vote in January on the English Only issue. That is one of the reasons the English First proposition was created, to fire up the "base" (read: pig ignorant dipshits)in a county that's pretty much full of Democrats.
Posted 10/10/2008 at 07:04:31 PMThe makers of this sign are using knee-jerk tactics, but let's examine Barack Obama's ideology. Though he spent his formative years in a Muslim school in Indonesia, he's in favor of killing babies, he thinks it's fine for perverts to marry, he is sure we don't have enough taxes, and he wants to enhance government control of us all by limiting the legitimate ownership of firearms.
He gasped like a fish out of water when McCain criticized his strategy for the Middle East in the last debate. There is some doubt as to his U.S. citizenship. The half brother of this millionaire lives in squalor in Africa. He has political ties not only to terrorists, but to the Chicago political machine. Simply put, he is bad for our country. This is America, people! Reject socialism! Reject crony politics!
Posted 10/11/2008 at 10:27:36 AMI just noticed all the name-calling and ad hominem attacks from the commenters, and had to comment myself. Your argument seems to be that if someone makes a sign that points out that Obama is someone far removed from mainstream America, that is racist hatred. It is only natural to hate your enemies, correct? You imply white voters are ignorant because they don't agree with you. They simply care about things that don't jibe with your "training". They cling to their guns and their religion. The only thing the signmakers got wrong is that Obama is actually a Communist who abhors religion. While fools sleep, the USSR still works to destroy us. The Cold War has just begun.
Posted 10/11/2008 at 10:47:47 AMYou last two guys are freaking me out over here. Just a few months ago, you were bagging on Obama for the 20 years he spent in Rev. Wright's church, and now he's a muslim again? And you really gotta lose the commie/socialist thing. Our conservative president just asked for $700 billion to bail out Wall Street, and now he's thinking about investing in banks? And Obama's the socialist?
Judging by the polls, it seems people have smartened up to weirdo smear tactics of the last 20 years. You gotta get a little consistency, my brothers, because the world is passing you by. Now if you were to accuse him of being a hermaphrodite, that would be fresh.
Posted 10/11/2008 at 11:57:56 AMA person born in Hawaii has questionable citizenship? Shouldn't Hawaii be raising a stink about that?
Posted 10/11/2008 at 12:09:25 PMJoe Carmen - you need to clean that wax out of your ears before the next time you hear Obama talk. What he's quite sure of on taxes is that most people are paying too much.
Unless you make more than $250,000 -- which seems unlikely because you don't seem smart enough -- Barack Obama would lower your taxes, not raise them. And unless you make more than about $150,000 -- again, seems unlikely -- he will lower them MORE than John McCain would if McCain was elected, which he obviously won't be.
And Chad Foster -- what makes it racist hatred is not the policy statements, it's the turban on his head. Maybe you've watched more Obama appearances than I have, but when I see him, he dresses like a conservative businessman. You know, suit, tie, nice shirt, etc. Never any turban. go ahead, give me your lame attempt to prove that the turban isn't racist. I can't wait to see it.
Posted 10/11/2008 at 06:34:25 PMJoe Carmen: you are an unfortunate redneck bigot.
It's odd for you to notice the knee-jerk reactions on the signs, but not acknowledge your own:
"killing babies", "perverts", increased taxes, firearms.
I think that pretty much sums you up; you are a disgrace of a human being.
Posted 10/12/2008 at 04:44:08 AMJoe Carmen, I find your post mystifying. You say that Obama's citizenship is in question. If you're going to question one of the candidate's citizenship, that would be McCain, the only one who was not born in America (he was born in Panama). But we let that one go! Have you seen an email fwd circulating from us Obama supporters questioning McCain's citizenship or patriotism? And if you think that a person born in Hawaii has questionable citizenship, then what about people born in Alaska?
Even more amazing is your very true statement: "Reject crony politics!" Absolutely astounding when McCain has embraced cronyism fully during his campaign and is best known for a scandal which came about due to cronyism--and when Palin's entire 4 year political career has been based on extreme cronyism, hiring friends and firing enemies.
Amazing how much power you and others give to World Net Daily and email fwds.
Posted 10/12/2008 at 06:26:56 AMLet me make this clear, I do not support EITHER candidate because I believe they are both corrupt. I will try to support this by evidence instead of making blanket statements. First of all, McCain is nuts. He has been identified as the person responsible for the explosion that crippled the USS Forrestal and he dodged out of that because of his daddy (google it). Secondly, POW's that were with him have confirmed that he agreed to spill his guts to his vietnamese captors, giving up vital fleet information to the enemy just so he could get put up in a more comfortable facility. (again google). John McCain also had a type of cancer that has an extremely low survivability rate over 10 years and he's pushing 9 now so you can bet that he going to croak leaving a retarded beauty queen in charge of our country. I want to stress, ANYONE can look up what I'm saying here because these are FACTS. Now to Obama. We all want to criticize Bush for the idiotic bailout plan, but the hard fact for many of you to accept is that your boy Obama voted for it as well. A bill that completely lets off all bankers who have been the predominant reason of our economic woes ($100 billion from US citizens, $100 trillion by the bankers, do the math, it's called derivative banking-google it). So blame everyone who voted for this bill, including McCain. Another fact is that, yes, Obama is anti-gun. Like it or not, the 2nd amendment is part of our constitution and it's there for a good reason. Are you comfortable with the government being the only people who can carry weapons? A government that is willing to invade other countries and kill millions of people? And you want them to take away your ONLY means of defense? By the way, I helped vote in the democrats that were supposed to "end the war and impeach bush" and Pelosi and the rest of them did really well on following through with that one. As far as religion goes I really don't care who anyone believes in, no one should in our society. It shouldn't BE a bad thing if Obama is Muslim or Christian or believes in the Flying Spaghetti Monster so to both sides, get over it. That or tell him to pick one, I don't care. One fact I almost forgot to mention, Obama's wife is on the board of directors for the CFR (Council on foreign relations)..hmmm...who else served there?......Maybe...Dick Cheney?...Yeah Dick Cheney. google CFR new world order policies. Lastly, in case you were all wondering why I'm hating on both at the same time, it is because (and of course you won't believe me on this one so please google it) they are controlled by the same people. Zbignew Brezinsky has been around for a LONG time and has been involved in alot of BAD stuff, mainly, with the CIA funding and providing weapons what became the Taliban and Al Qaeda. This man has been a major political advisor to Obama. Consequently, Brezinsky's SON has been working with the McCain campaign as an advisor as well. Do you think this is a case of a son rebelling against his father and taking a proud stand as a republican, showing daddy that he can have his own views? Or is it more likely that daddy and son are working together, both advising their respective candidates what to do because they all have a common goal. One final question. Don King is promoting a big fight coming up. Do you think he's knows who is going to win? Maybe? Do you think good ol' Don would let a boxer into his ring who wasn't going to follow the plan? Do you think for ONE SECOND that Donny doesn't know the exact round and the exact time when a fighter is going to go down and the other is going to win? Well, this presidential race is the boxing match and the "Don King" is somewhere out there just waiting for his "boxers" to play their part. In the end, good ol' Donny wins and WE are the ones who loose. So, fact check my ass. RESEARCH what I'm saying, then tell me I'm wrong. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, and if you just shoot your mouth off without finding out what the hell is actually happening then your opinion is just that. But if you DO get yer butt out there and RESEARCH then you have a RESEARCHED and INFORMED opinion. In any argument or debate, THAT is what matters.
Posted 10/12/2008 at 09:00:39 AMTHIS IS AN EFFECTIVE AD...
I guarantee the person who placed the ad (someone from the McCain campaign) knows none of that is true. They are trying to speak to a particular audience and the ad will probably be effective. More than 50% of the US electorate is mentally retarded. Look at the 2004 election. The people who know better already support Obama. Anyone who is still undecided clearly lacks critical thinking skills and are likely to believe this nonsense.
Posted 10/12/2008 at 10:05:09 AMhe's a Chicago demacrat he learned how to lie, and to be sneaky. Chicago polititions are not to be trusted in any way shape or form.
Posted 10/12/2008 at 07:57:59 PMSo Kotz, speaking of caricatures, when your mug going over there to the right? Enquiring minds wanna know.
Posted 10/12/2008 at 08:03:39 PMLiberals SUCK.
Posted 10/13/2008 at 10:10:47 AMLiberalism is the greatest enemy of Freedom.
Liberals are narrow minded and STUPID.
The productive private sector should not support liberal horse poop.
Does Obama have ANY friends or supporters who LIKE AMERICA?
People SUCK.
Posted 10/13/2008 at 10:24:12 AMStupidity is the greatest enemy of Freedom.
The vast majority of Americans are narrow minded and STUPID.
The productive private sector is just as corrupt and unstable as the government it elects.
Does this country have ANY candidate worth voting for?
I never do and never let my children use the language that bloggers use and now they don't let their children. Calling names is not a solution to anything. Either respond like thinking adults or go play in the sandbox.
Posted 10/13/2008 at 11:45:26 AM'Thinking adults' would never have let the state of affairs get this bad. Blogs are not a place to work out these problems. They are a place to blow off steam by cybernetically hollering at the other guy. And sometimes nothing gets the point across better than a few well placed four-letter words.
Because both parties are pretty pathetic these days.
And by the way, chiding us for using foul fucking language isn't exactly a 'solution' either, you farty-farty poop-pants.
Posted 10/13/2008 at 01:09:19 PMDon't let it bring you down
Posted 10/13/2008 at 02:55:01 PMIt's only castles burning,
Find someone who's turning
And you will come around.
As I read these comments it makes me sick to think our troops are fighting over seas for this mess. Were worried about what our neighbors think? My mother always taught me, clean your own back yard before starting on someone elses, and that has not happened here in the USA. We are spending millions on elections, war, and are a country of wastful, wanting and cant wait for nothing people. We want everything NOW.And that is why we have so much dept. Most of our graduated children don't want to work or continued their education, they want everything handed to them. Ok it's a sign and someone is showing what free speech can do! It just shows their ignorance and probably got the reaction they wanted. Lets try cleaning our own back yards. Do as we were taught, set the example. Help our own FIRST! Our neighbors who are about to lose their homes from forclosure, or help the family who is so deep in dept from medical bills that they cant see the light at the end of the tunnel. PUT YOUR MONEY WHERE YOUR MOUTH IS AMERICA. If we all put as much effort in helping one another and checking on our neighbors instead of cutting someone down, we'd be a much richer nation and better respected for it!
Posted 10/18/2008 at 07:28:12 AMto James Ryan: you are awesome, thanks for the post
