Last Monday, Cayetano Ramirez was camping at the Seven Points Recreation Center near Percy Priest with his wife and three children. They were sleeping together in a tent when Ramirez’s wife Araceli Bustamante was awakened in the middle of the night. She sensed movement coming from the bedding next to her and pulled back the covers. According to a police affidavit, she saw her husband “engaging in penile-anal sexual intercourse” with her twelve-year-old son.

For his vile and reprehensible act, he has been named Pith's Scumbag of the Week.

Congratulations, Ramirez. Your prize is an exciting trip before a grand jury, complete with court appointed counsel.

I think it's uncool that you posted this in regard to the child involved. I'm sure that it would not be hard to identify the kid from this if you were familiar at all with this asshole and/or his family. He is indeed a scumbag, but the kid has to be thought of too. He was a victim and now everyone knows it.

Looks like Pith's Scumbag award is given on the basis of accusation only. Apparently no trial needed. I'm sure if he turns out to be innocent, you can make it up to him somehow.

No wife would ever make a false claim against her husband. Ask that dead guy they found in a closet.

Now this child has been abused twice.

You should burn in hell.

I agree with the previous posts that PJ Tobia and the Nashville Scene hava screwed up royally by publishing the name of the defendant and his spouse, thus identifying the victim. What are you thinking?
