Name These Legs

Posted March 24, 2008 at 12:32:16 PM by Liz Garrigan

I got to office this morning and found an envelope in my mailbox with the above picture. A Post-It note was attached with the cryptic question, "Whose legs are these?" My first thought was, since when does Bob Clement wear shorts.

Then I realized those mustard yellow socks looked vaguely familiar. Holy hot chicken. Could Karl Dean, who I once described as Kennedyesque, have chicken legs? (Anne, if you're not too embarrassed, could you provide some verification here?)

By the way, my belated apologies to the Kennedy family.

It's really the socks that make the legs outstanding.

Hope it's a guy what with male pattern baldness on the calfs. And I think the new spelling of Donelson is classy.

It's definitely Karl Dean. I saw him wear those exact same socks at the July 4 Celebration in the Richland area last year. No doubt.
