FTW! Nashville Has Two of the Most Adorable Albums EVA!!!
The Best Week Ever blog has a list of the 30 Most Adorable Album Covers and Nashville placed not once but twice on the list. The Silver Jews' new album Lookout Mountain, Lookout Sea made the list for those wuvable wittle ewephants on the front. Venus Hum (remember them? Ya, neither do I...) made it for the hard-boiled egg/alien-testicle thing on the cover of their 2006 The Colors in the Wheel album. Either way, Music City is way cuter than almost any other city in the country. Just don't tell the rockabilly kids—they can be a bit touchy when things aren't violently heterosexual.
