Looking for a legal way to beat the high cost of living? Then beat it to Spring Hill today for the opening of Moe's Southwest Grill. The first 100 people through the door will win free burritos for a year. Actually, it's just one burrito a week for a year, but it's still better than a sharp stick in the eye.

The next 100 people will receive a coupon for a free burrito. That's a far cry from a year's worth of free food, but again, better than a sharp stick in the eye—though potentially not worth the gas it will take you to get to Spring Hill. Of course, as is the case with so many things, it all depends on where you're coming from.

Located at 1001 Crossings Blvd., the Spring Hill store is the fourth Moe's in the Nashville area. Cannon Restaurant Management, which operates the Tex-Mex stores in Spring Hill, Brentwood, Cool Springs and Murfreesboro, plans to open eight more Moe’s in the next five years in the Nashville area. So if you miss out on today's giveaway, you can get another bite at the burrito in the future.

does anyone know where i can get REAL sonoran style cuisine here? I grew up in arizona and am continually disappointed at every new place I try. The salsa is 'stewy' and not spicy, or refreshing. . . tortillas are always store bought, and never moist. . . Chile Colorado resembles spaghetti sauce, and carne asada tastes like dog food. . . .seriously. . .

Do you remember which dog food in particular? That might be an economical substitute going forward.

Not sure exactly. . .but it's there. . .on the tip of my tongue. I'll be sure to let you know when it comes to me.
